By accessing our Website, requesting a quote, booking a reservation, or opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

TNT VIP Logistics provides ground transportation and event logistics services, including but not limited to corporate and group transportation, incentive travel, city-wide and high-profile event logistics, wedding transportation, special event transportation, and airport transfers. Services are provided through company-affiliated chauffeurs and independent contractor partners.

• Reservations may be made through our Website, by phone, or by email. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by TNT VIP Logistics.

• Cancellation and modification policies vary by service type and event. Specific policies will be communicated at the time of booking or in your reservation confirmation.

• Quoted rates are valid for the timeframe stated in the quote and are subject to change if reservation details (pickup time, location, vehicle type, passenger count, etc.) change.

• Payment terms will be specified in your reservation confirmation, quote, or service agreement.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as agreed. Payment information is processed through secure third-party processors.

• You are responsible for any chargebacks, fees, or costs incurred due to disputed or invalid charges.

By providing your mobile phone number to TNT VIP Logistics — whether through our Website, by phone, by email, or through a corporate booking arrangement — you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from TNT VIP Logistics related to your transportation services. Messages may include:

• Reservation confirmations and trip reminders.

• Driver and vehicle dispatch notifications, including chauffeur name, vehicle description, and estimated time of arrival.

• Real-time trip updates and two-way communication with TNT VIP Logistics or your assigned chauffeur.

• Service-related notifications and customer care communications.

Message frequency varies based on your trip activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active reservations or events.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. TNT VIP Logistics is not responsible for mobile carrier charges.

Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us directly at (469) 922-9029. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from the SMS messaging program. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from TNT VIP Logistics. To resume receiving messages, you may reply START or contact us to opt back in.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the conditions of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking reservations or communicating with us.

• Be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time, or notify us promptly of any changes.

• Treat chauffeurs, vehicles, and other passengers with courtesy and respect.

• Not engage in unlawful activity, damage vehicles, or violate any applicable laws or regulations during our services.

• Reimburse TNT VIP Logistics for any damage to vehicles or equipment caused by you or members of your party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNT VIP Logistics, its affiliates, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services or Website, including but not limited to delays, missed connections, lost luggage, or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, third-party providers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNT VIP Logistics, its affiliates, contractors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TNT VIP Logistics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
